Temo advises businesses
on both domestic and international tax matters. He is involved with
his clients in corporate, trust and estate tax planning. Finally, Temo
has considerable experience as an expert accounting witness, and in
assisting attorneys in litigation matters.
Initially, Temo was
involved in public accounting and in a manufacturing company for over
ten years. In 1967, he joined Arthur Andersen in Philadelphia. As a
partner of that firm, he was transferred to Los Angeles in 1978. His
last two years with the firm were spent in India.
At Arthur Andersen,
Temo was a member of firm wide committees on international taxes, state
taxes and expatriate and inpatriate teams, etc. Temo was also the Tax
Division Head for a local office.
Temo has worked on
highly complex tax matters dealing with corporate acquisitions, mergers
and reorganizations, federal and state tax reduction studies, tax
strategies during bankruptcies, international tax planning, etc.
Temo earned a B.S.
degree in Accounting from the University of Bombay. He is a Certified
Public Accountant, and a member of the California and American
Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
